FRAUD PEOPLE. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Let's start with the review of this Fraud Company. All this starts with a phone call that you have been selected for a FREE voucher for company's 25th or 50th or 100th anniversary. Then they ask you to come to a small party (which is not a party at all, I have seen innocent people coming in Tuxedos to these frauds thinking they might be genuine) where they will first provide you a so called voucher which do not hold any values as their paid service. Then the game starts, they switch to their real manipulative faces and start telling you about how good their company is how many resorts they have how much great ties they have with Hilton, Taj and rest hotels.
They have answer to all your questions regardless of how smart you are, because all they have to say is a lie which has no limits. Their representatives come to brief you one by one at a lightning fast rate and do not give you time to think. They say the offer they are providing you is only for today and you won't get it tomorrow, though they are doing this thing since years. Here are a few facts which might bring you to sanity and make you think they are frauds because you do not want to believe they are frauds. Its human nature and we are inclined to think they are genuine as we want the offer provided by them to be real (The offer is so good to refuse BUT ITS FAKE).
1> This fraud company offers you a 0% rate EMI. If you are new to EMIs, 0% interest rate EMIs are no longer entertained by any bank as per RBI. This is the first lie I heard.
2> I have spoken to people whom they fooled in 2012, 2014 saying the free voucher offer is for company's 20th anniversary and still in 2016 they had the same 20th anniversary.
3> They say the offer is only for 180 people as they have got some new property in Goa and other parts of India however, they are not able to fill those 180 since last 5 - 6 years giving the same great offer to people every day.
4> The clauses in the enrolment forms have clearly mentioned that any vocal promise is not entertained and half the promises they make are not even in the clauses so the moment you sign it , you have already lost you 50 % services.
5> They first say that if you cancel the agreement you will be charged 15K as it's a government fee, later they say it is admin free and it turns out a tool to loot you.
6> While offering you a free voucher they ask you about your salary, if you have a car of you are married which should not matter for a FREE Voucher but actually they are screening you and making sure you are in a position to pay them around 90 - 110 thousand rupees.
7> They give this so called voucher only to couples and make sure you bring your wife. It gets easier for them to pressurise you in front of your better half when she seems interested in this great(from outside) package.
8> They say do not trust google reviews because they are fake and posted by their competitors but even the worst resorts does not have this kind of reviews. They always show you the reviews of their resort and not the company itself. Because those resorts are not wholly their properties and company's reviews are the real ones.
9> If even 2 of the above said statements are true for you, stop for a moment, think why does a company providing such great offers is not famous enough ? Why there are complains about this company on consumer forum ? Why they pressurize to buy this offer on the same day even when the same offer is available the second day ?
10 > If you think how I know about all this, I have gone through this.
11> If you have lost the money already and did not get the services offered (I am pretty sure you did not), do not sit back, file a complaint, get the police to their office. Spare 2 - 3 hours of your weekend and go to their office to at least tell others about it.
12> If you are reading this thinking of going to their invite for a party and a free voucher, you are right in time. Stay AWAY for this.
